I savored a glass of blood orange juice this morning. I discovered this beverage while in Italy and it takes me back! It was delicious!
I drink it during my trips to Italy, but not at home. Unable to find this product in a nearby store, I ordered a carton from Piccolo’s Gastronomia Italiana online. (I recommend this store as they always package items incredibly well.) This particular kind tastes just like what I would have in Italy! More like sweet fruit punch than orange juice to me. I also adore that this drink is pink.
Normally, I do not drink juice from such a fancy double old-fashioned glass, but I wanted a pretty picture for my blog post. This glass is from Crate & Barrel. For good lighting in the picture, I sipped this after breakfast after the sun was up, but I will finish the carton with upcoming breakfasts.
