How exciting! You're going to Paris!! You'll love it. I was there for only 4 days a couple of years ago and it was wonderful. I went there by myself and I had no problems will feeling unsafe. One day I'll go back. Le sigh!!
You've posted some great links here. I've checked a couple and I'm going to savour the others over the next few days.
Since I am on track with saving for Paris, it's becoming more real, it's more than just another daydream for me now. I'm not exactly sure who I'm going with at the moment.
