Spring 2014 Bucket List: Yet Another Update

I crossed another item off my fun to do list for this spring yesterday morning. See the full list here and my now not-so-final update here.

7. Give my favorite coffee shop a photo of me in France holding their card for their travel wall

Here's the photo of me in front of Notre Dame...

I gave it to one of the owners who loved it. He put it up while I was there.

The last time I visited my favorite coffee shop was to pick up the card before my trip, so possibly in April... And the owner still asked me, "Cappuccino?" I simply love this place...

My regular size: large. How could I not? It is beautiful and most delicious!

With a chocolate croissant.
Even without bringing along a book, I love my me time here.

  1. Hi Michelle,
I've been following your blog for a few months now. I think your "capsule wardrobe" was how I discovered you. I am Sicilian so naturally love all your Italian references and information you share. Over the last few years I seem to be turning into a Francophile. I just finished reading The Paris Wife and Books, Baguettes and Bedbugs (about the Shakespeare & Co. bookstore). I love books about Paris and Italy. I recently (almost 2 years) married a Greek so I have come to adore their culture as well.

    1. Thank you so much for reading and commenting. I appreciate it. With my personality type (an INFJ), writing to someone in particular helps me write. There are a lot of Italian elements in any day of mine and I hope to write in a more personalized way to show them. I definitely got into the French culture through reading. I haven't read Books, Baguettes and Bedbugs yet. I'll have to put it on my list! Have you been to Paris? If not, you should go! I should get more into the other Mediterranean cultures myself!

  2. No, I have not yet been to Paris but it is definitely on "the list". Being that you've been to the Shakespeare & Co. bookstore I think you'd enjoy Books, Baguettes and Bedbugs. Love the new "do" :-)

    1. That book isn't at my local library but I'll either find a digital copy or buy it cheap on Amazon. I look forward to it! :)

Thank you! Even though I still have some more to grow out for an actual bob, I love the style and especially that it was a change. I do like the length and it looks neater for longer, but don't love this shoulder length yet... Maybe I can keep it just a tiny bit longer...
