Buon Appetito!

This is my pasta specialty that I have prepared for myself tonight:

Penne Pasta in Tomato Basil Sauce with Sauteed Zucchini and Red Pepper

...paired with a glass of red wine certo (of course).

I plan to purchase the whole grain pasta version for this dish next time. I have eaten this variety before and it's so much healthier!

I will create a dish like this for the primo piatto (first course) of my Italian Sunday Dinner next month. I love vegetables.
